Das ECNP hat den Vorstand der AGNP gebeten auf diese School hinzuweisen. Angesprochen sind Fachärztinnen und –ärzte für Psychiatrie, die in den letzten fünf Jahren die Gebietsbezeichnung erworben haben, bis zu 40 Jahre alt sind, Europäer sind und die weiteren unten genannten Kriterien erfüllen. Interessierte Kolleginnen und Kollegen bewerben sich online direkt beim ECNP. Falls es mehr als drei Bewerbungen aus Deutschland gibt, wird der Vorstand der AGNP gebeten werden, ein Ranking durchzuführen. Die endgültige Auswahl wird der Chair der School treffen. Vom ECNP wurden folgende Einzelheiten mitgeteilt:
ECNP will organise the ECNP School of Neuropsychopharmacology from 26 June-1 July 2016 in Oxford, United Kingdom. We would be grateful if you could promote this school within your institute and among those that you believe might be interested to attend.
The ECNP Schools were established to encourage excellence in clinical neuropsychopharmacology in junior practitioners and to contribute to the continuing improvement of the field’s high standards of practice.
Qualification
The idea is to have one interactive week with an international faculty of experts. Suitable candidates are qualified psychiatrists, nationals of a European country, who are normally within 5 years of having received their defining qualification and likely to become key leaders in their individual countries. The ideal candidate would be an individual who has the potential to spread the knowledge acquired in this course in their own country.
Selection
Candidates have to apply through the online application form. Please note that it is not allowed for individuals to attend more than one school of ECNP. If we receive more than 3 applications from your country we will ask you to make a selection of maximum 3 best suitable candidates. Afterwards the applications will be reviewed by the chair of the ECNP School and he will make the final selection.
